5 Lovely DIY Tote Bags Carry Everything in Style
Don’t Settle for Generic Totes – Sew Up Something Special!
Tote bags seem like necessities, with so many things to haul when you’re out and about. While you may have one favorite workhorse bag, it’s sometimes inconvenient to make room in it. Having several in varying sizes means you’ll always have a bag handy when you’re in a hurry. And, when you sew your own bag, you can make it uniquely yours!
These tote bag patterns offer stylish choices for carrying things where they need to go. Dig into your fabric stash and make one or more in fabrics you love.
A beginning quilter or sewer should have no problem finishing these bags. While some look complex, they’re all quite simple to sew together.
Follow the fabric selection guidelines, or get creative and add pieced or appliqued sections to personalize your tote. Make one, or make several. You can never have too many tote bags!
