Create Straight, Scalloped or Wavy Borders with Minimal Math!
Do you get bogged down in the math while measuring and cutting borders? In the following video, master quilter Darlene Zimmerman shows how she creates borders with no tedious measuring. Ingenious!
She goes on to explain how to make both scalloped and wavy borders without complicated math. Nothing dresses up a quilt like a scalloped border and Darlene makes it so easy!
She uses the Easy Scallop Tool (get it here) to create the curves. Very little measuring or math is involved (although there is a bit).
