A Quick and Fun Runner for Spring |
Enjoy Displaying This Quilt Year After Year!
A dapper bunny looks out from among spring flowers in this darling runner. It’s perfect for spring, and for your Easter table.
The runner is easy to make with simple piecing and fusible applique. Rick rack is perfect for the tulip stems and is easy to do. The bunny’s polka dot tie is three dimensional, while his eyes are buttons. A bit of hand quilting provides the remaining details.
It will be fun going through your stash selecting fabric for this project. Create a lovely combination of tulips and frame it all with a pretty print for the border.
The finished runner, from Cloe and Me, is 14″ x 39″.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article).
