Use the Blocks Individually for Other Projects!
This adorable quilt will be well-loved by every child you make it for. You’ll enjoy it too, as the menagerie of animals will make you smile as you’re piecing them together. There’s an elephant, a bunny, bear, cat, dog, pig and butterflies in the corners. All of the animals have simple pieced heart tummies.
The individual blocks can be made into mini wall hangings, pillows or combined in any number of ways. For example, the bunnies would be sweet stitched together into an Easter table runner.
The finished quilt as shown here is 43″ x 55 1/2″.
The animal blocks are 9″ x 9 1/2″.
