An Easy Baby Quilt to Make Up Quickly |
Finish This Sweet Quilt in a Weekend!
Pre-cut jelly row strips of 2 1/2″ in width are used for making this darling quilt. Choose a jelly roll from your favorite fabric line to get started. Once the top is pieced, use leftover strips for the binding.
You can also use up strips left over from other projects, giving the quilt more of a scrappy look. Or, cut strips around any color theme from fabrics in your stash.
This quilt super easy to make, too, and will finish up quickly. It’s so simple, in fact, that it may become your go-to baby quilt pattern.
Every baby quilt you make from this pattern can have it’s own unique look, customized for each new mom.
The completed quilt, by designer Debra Finan, is 38″ x 46″. We can easily imagine this made up in stronger colors, deleting a few rows to make a square quilt and using it as a table topper.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
