It Will be Beautiful in Colors for Any Season!

Baskets of flowers are lovely in this spring table runner. The soft colors are perfect for Easter, or go with more vivid coloring for all season all.

In fact, the runner will be stunning in fabrics for other seasons, as well. We can easily imagine it in rich autumn colors with a dark background, as well as in Christmas fabrics.

Lily Runner Pattern

Much of the construction is standard piecing. However, the stems and leaves are appliqued. Instructions are included for hand freezer paper applique.

They can easily be done with fusible applique, too. Just be sure to remove the seam allowances, and stitch around the outside edges with a zig zag, satin, or blanket stitch.

The finished runner, designed by Lynette Jensen and Marilyn Ginsberg, is 17″ x 34″. It’s provided by Landauer Publishing.
