Easily Add Your Own Special Embellishments!

This darling quilt makes us think of simpler times, playing with our best friends. It’s a wonderful gift for yourself or for a good friend.

Scraps, ric rac, and other embellishments can be used to make your own special version. It would also be fun to use pieces of old clothing for a memory quilt.

Fusible applique allows you to put all the pieces together fairly quickly. Finish off the edges with a blanket or zig zag stitch.

The quilt can be displayed on a table. Or, for better viewing, hang it using a fiberglass rod hangar that inserts into the binding (instructions included). That will allow the quilt to hang perfectly flat. You can purchase the rod hanging system here.

The quilt, from JoAnn Hoffman Designs, is 42″ across.
