Chevron Shuffle Mini Quilt Has a Surprise Twist |
Easy, Fun and Unique Table Topper or Wall Quilt!
This creative mini quilt has a wonderful surprise in the center. An easy-to-make 3d flower creates a beautiful focal point among the colorful triangles.
A fun thing about this pattern is that you can arrange the triangles into whatever arrangement you prefer, placing the “focus block” where you like it best.
We love the quilting pattern the designer chose, but feel free to quilt yours however you wish.
The quilt is made almost entirely of half square triangles. Excellent instructions for making them are included in the tutorial.
Use scraps, or coordinate the colors of your quilt by selecting a few complementary fabrics that you love.
The quilt, by designer Karen L. Miller of Redbird Quilt Co., is about 24″ x 24″ once completed. You’re sure to find a lot of uses for this unique and beautiful quilt.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
