They Make Wonderful Gifts, Too!
A festive combination of colorful fabrics come together in a cheerful oven mitt. Make one, or a set of two, for yourself or to give to a favorite cook.
While the mitt looks complex, it’s really quite simple to make. Strip piece a body of patchwork from a nice combination of fabrics. Cut out the mitt and layer it with Insul-Bright batting and batting for heat proofing.
Cute 3D flowers add a fun finishing touch and are very simple to make.
The finished mitt, designed by Chris Malone, are 7″ x 11″.
You’ll find the pattern for the “Festive Flower Mitt” in Pot Holders, Pinchers & More.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article).
