Put Those Scraps to Good Use with This Little Christmas Quilt!

This delightful holiday wall hanging voices a sentiment that many children (and adults!) wonder about. How good is good enough in Santa’s mind? Surely there’s some wiggle room there, right?

The wall quilt from SewHappy.me is pieced, appliqued, and embroidered. While it’s a small project, the intricate detailing will take a bit to complete. Now’s the time to get started so it’s finished by Christmas.

Most of the fabrics can come from scraps or your existing fabric stash. Buttons are used for the holly berries and other embellishments.

Shapes are fused to the pieced background, then can be edged with a buttonhole stitch or other hand or machine stitching.

The finished quilt measures 24″ x 14″.
