Use the Blocks for Matching Place Mats, Too!
Cozy mittens come together to create a charming runner to enjoy all winter. It’s a wonderful design that’s perfect for frosty weather.
The vintage-inspired fabrics give it an especially cozy feel. Brighter colors will be just as wonderful so have fun choosing your favorite combination of colors and print styles.
The mitten blocks are created with fusible applique. Individual blocks can easily be fashioned into matching place mats. Simply add strips of fabric to both sides (2″ or so) to create the right shape.
The finished runner is 12 1/2″ x 53″.
