Just About Any Fabric Style and Color Combination Will be Wonderful!
It’s hard to imagine a quilt that’s easier to make than this one is, or one that is more versatile. It will be wonderful in any pleasing color combination, and can even be made from scraps. Simply let the borders pull everything together.
To make this quilt, cut strips and sew them into strip sets to cut into the individual blocks. It’s easy, quick and sure to produce a lovely quilt, even for beginning quilters.
While this is an old classic, choose fabrics to give it any personality you want. Modern, repro, vivid, subdued – the options are unlimited.
The finished “Rail Fence” quilt is 76 1/4″ x 76 1/4″.
