Make a Colorful Baby Quilt from Scraps |
Easily Enlarge it to a Throw or Bed Quilt!
Dig into your stash for this super easy quilt and make it as colorful as you want. Leftover 2 1/2″ strips are perfect, as are 2 1/2″ squares.
Of course, you can also start with new fabric. Coordinate the colors around a particular color scheme or go full-on scrappy for a charming effect.
The pattern is sized for a baby quilt but it will be a simple matter to add more blocks for a larger quilt. Strip sets make it a breeze to stitch together.
Once completed, the finished quilt, designed by Chris Malone, is 48″ x 48″.
The pattern for the “Color Squared Baby Quilt” is included in Annie’s Fun and Easy Scrappy Quilts.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
