Lovely Mini Quilts for Every Month of the Year |
Use The Quilts with the Included Calendar or However You Wish!
This series of block patterns, one for every month of the year, can be used in so many ways.
Each pattern will produce a small finished quilt of about 14″ square. Make them all, or just those that most appeal to you.
Display them on the wall, as a table topper, or with the included wall hanging calendar.
Or, you might combine all of the blocks into one quilt to display all year around.
The wall hanging is designed to hold calendars up to 14” wide and 12 1/2” long, but instructions are given for using slightly smaller calendars as well.
The photo above shows the January quilt installed on the calendar.
Most months include more than one pattern so there are plenty of cute little quilts to choose from.
This project, from designer Apple Avenue Quilts, consists of a series of free downloadable PDFs.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
