Choose a Lovely Fabric or Piece the Outside!

This little pouch makes a charming and protective cozy for your fabric scissors. It’s roomy enough to hold two pairs, or make one for each.

It’s versatile, too, as you can use a pretty piece of fabric for the outside or piece together scraps to cut the pouch from. Select a complementary lining fabric and quilt the layers up with batting for padding.

The cozy is quite simple to make even though there’s a zipper involved. Clear instructions make it all go smoothly. Just note that once you print the pattern you’ll need to tape together two pieces to make the entire pattern.

Once completed, the scissors cozy from S.O.T.A.K. Handmade is 10” w x 5” h.

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
