Quilt-as-You-Go Table Runner is So Easy to Make

It Will be Wonderful in Any Color Palette!

Leftovers from your stash are perfect for this table runner. Use an orphan block for the center, make a block just for this, or cut a large square from a beautiful fabric.

Scraps of strips and batting are perfect for the rest. Or, start from new with fabric in whatever color palette you prefer.

Laura, from Sew Very Easy, does a wonderful job of explaining how to construct the runner. It’s a simple project you can have completed quickly. It’s also quite variable, with many design options.

The size of the runner is determined by the width and length of the batting. The video below will show you how to get the size you want, as well as how to put the runner together.

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
