Rich Colors Make It Warm and Inviting!
Deep, rich colors create a stunning quilt that’s easy enough for beginners. This is a great project for using up thin strips from your scrap bag.
Your style of scraps may suggest a different color theme. Simply select a beautiful color, like the russet red here to pull the quilt together. Crosses in lighter fabrics give your eye resting spots while moving it around the quilt.
Foundation piecing simplifies the process of stitching thin strips together. This easy process makes this quilt a breeze to complete, even for those fairly new to quilting.
The finished quilt, designed by Julie Weaver, is 64″ x 78″.
You’ll find the “Tic-Tac-Toe” quilt pattern is included in Weekend Scrap Quilting.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
