Reversible Place Mats Are a Breeze to Make

These Make a Wonderful Gift, Too!
Select fabric strips in two color combinations for these easy reversible place mats. They are constructed with a simple quilt-as-you-go process that means you can have a set of 6 done in a weekend.
Imagine having autumn fabrics on one side and spring colors on the other. Or, fabric to match your decor that flips over to Christmas fabrics.
You’ll have fun selecting fabric styles, too. Batiks are beautiful, as are small-scale prints. The sky is the limit with this clever design.
The finished place mats, from designer Carol McLeod, are approximately 14″ x 19″ (the pattern says 16″ but we have good reason to believe they’re 19″ wide).
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
