Stunning Fallen Leaf Quilt Pattern |
This Fallen Leaf Quilt Pattern is Available As a Bed Quilt or a Wall Hanging!
Colorful leaves are plentiful during autumn, and this gorgeous quilt evokes the season to perfection.
The “Third Weekend in October” quilt by Ruth Powers reminds us of the ground under maple trees during the fall.
While this quilt has a totally different look than typical scrap quilts, it can be constructed almost entirely from fabric scraps. The black fabric along the edges really makes the colors pop!
Best of all, this quilt is available in patterns for either a bed quilt or wallhanging.
The “Third Weekend in October” pattern is for a full sized quilt. It will be approximately 85″ x 110″ once completed.

It’s hard to decide which color scheme we prefer. Both of these quilts are gorgeous.
Have fun making this quilt in your favorite autumn leaf colors!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
