They Make Wonderful Gifts!
These cute little bags will make you smile every time you open them and see the sweet cat faces. They’re nicely sized to hold cards, cash, and other small necessities, and they fit in pockets and larger bags.
They make great little gifts, too, and are simple to create. Make extras to keep on hand for last-minute giving.

A full-sized pattern is included for cutting out the shapes. Note that measurements are in cm instead of inches (convert them here). Be sure to add a 1/4″ seam allowance to the pattern when cutting out the outer fabric and lining.

T5 size snaps are used to close the bags. Velcro, sew-in metallic snaps, and buttons also work. Embroidery is used to create the cat faces.
The completed bags from Bu Banana are about 4 1/4″ w x 3″ h.

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you! PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
