It Will be Wonderful in Other Colors, as Well!
Batiks in a range of beautiful blues come together to make a gorgeous quilt. It’s an easy one too, especially when made with pre-cut 2 1/2″ strips.
The subtle patterning of batik fabrics gives the quilt depth and texture. Bits of lavender, yellow and magenta add even more interest.
This quilt will be gorgeous in other colors, as well. Just follow the lead of the designer, Kris Peterson, and add some variety to emphasize the predominant color.
The finished quilt is lap-sized, at 45 3/4″ x 61″. You can easily add more blocks for a lovely bed-sized quilt.
