Unexpected Fabrics Combine in a Delightful Quilt

A Great Use for Small Polka Dots!
Easy blocks in a classical setting are given a whole new look with gingham and polka dots. The delightful color combination adds to the quilt’s considerable charm.
Intricate blocks create a complex overall design with the addition of sashing and cornerstones. However, this is a surprisingly easy quilt to make, even for beginners. If you can cut accurately and stitch a consistent quarter-inch seam you’ll be able to make this quilt for yourself.
The finished quilt, designed by Kate Colleran, is 70″ x 80″.
