Simple is Beautiful on This Stunning Quilt

Lights and Darks in Any Predominant Color Will Be Just As Lovely!
Black, tan and cream are glorious in this beautiful quilt. It’s fat quarter friendly and will be lovely in other color themes as well.
Select a beautiful combination of fabrics from your stash, dividing them into darks and lights. The more fabrics and textures the better for an interesting and compelling quilt.
It’s an easy quilt to make, too. Half-square triangles, one side light and one side dark, create the overall design. In fact, once the blocks are made you can play with the design. Create the layout shown here or something else entirely.
The pattern, from Cotton Pickins Quilts, is for quilts in two sizes:
- 64″ x 64″
- 80″ x 80″
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
