This Classic Quilt Block Gets a Whole New Look
It’s Simple to Make and Very Versatile!
An easy version of the intriguing Snail Tail (or Monkey Wrench) block was used to make this charming quilt. Sashing and cornerstones were added to give the quilt a whole new look.
Jenny Doan from the Missouri Star Quilt Co. shows how to put the quilt together in the following video. She used 5″ charm squares for her version, however you can start with whatever size squares you want.
Plus, you can arrange the blocks in the traditional way for a classic quilt. Or, do as Jenny did and spin the blocks into a different configuration. You’ll find lots of inspiration here at Pinterest.
