Quickly Clean Your Design Wall with This Tip
An Inexpensive Kitchen Tool Does The Trick!
Design walls (and boards) are practically a must-have for quilters, as you can lay fabric pieces and blocks on them and move things around to find an arrangement you like. They’re typically made with a nubby surface that fabric will stick to, like fleece, flannel or batting.
However, surfaces that allow fabric to stick also tend to collect loose threads and lint. Over time the design wall or board may become less “sticky” as debris accumulates.
Sarah from Confessions of a Fabric Addict has found a simple way to remove that debris, and quickly. A few swipes across her design wall with an inexpensive silicone scrubber leaves it clean and ready to go.
