Make the Pot Holder, Tea Towel or Both!
Cheerful sunflowers dress up a pot holder and pre-made tea towel in this charming kitchen set. The set is perfect for summer, or enjoy the fresh colors all year long.
The flowers can also be made from other colors. White daisies against a dark background come instantly to mind but play with color and make them whatever you want them to be.
Sunflowers are appliqued to a purchased tea towel and a simple pot holder using fusible applique. Brown buttons add delightful detail, while the 3D leaves on the pot holder make it especially endearing. Insul-Bright batting provides heat-proofing for the pot holder.
The sizes of the finished pieces are:
- Tea Towel 20″ x 24″
- Pot Holder 8″ x 8″
