Create a Pretty Bag from Scraps

It’s Great in Any Color Combo!
This roomy bag is a great project for scraps. An elegant French Braid design provides lots of room for creativity.
Create braids of three different colors, as shown here, choose two colors for the braids and alternate them, or go entirely scrappy with random color placement.
Purchased handles dress up the bag, giving it a handbag look and feel. You could also make fabric straps and use the bag as a tote.
The finished bag, designed by Judith from Just Jude Designs, is 15” x 15” x 5”.
