Striking Colors Shine in This Versatile Quilt Set
October 5, 2021 | Table Toppers
| Make a Baby Quilt, Topper, Runner, Placemats, and More!
One simple block can be used to make a baby quilt (or table topper), a table runner in two sizes, and matching placemats. Plus, instructions for four block sizes allow you to make larger or smaller quilts as well.
You’ll love how easy these projects are. Make one or all and enjoy how quickly they go together.
Start with a coordinated combination of prints. Add a background to complement them.
We love the striking color palette chosen by the designer. However, other color combinations will be great too. Feel free to experiment and take these projects in any direction that appeals to you.
Instructions are provided by the designer, Connie Kresin Campbell from Freemotion by the River, for the following sizes:
- Baby Quilt or Table Topper – 26″ x 34″
- Table Runner – 18″ x 54″ or 16″ x 32″
- Placemats – 11″ x 17″
- Four block sizes for larger or smaller quilts
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
