One Large Block Makes a Stunning Bed-Sized Quilt

It Makes a Great Table Topper Too!
Do you need to finish a bed-sized quilt in a hurry? This striking quilt is super easy and the large pieces mean it goes together quickly.
You can also make a smaller lap-sized version or the mini table topper. They’re all relatively quick projects and wonderful in any color theme.
We’d love to see this in Christmas prints. It will also be stunning in deep hues for autumn and any other palette.
Choose a few coordinating prints or give the quilt a scrappy look. Just be sure to choose fabrics with enough contrast so that the large star predominates.
The finished quilts, designed by Deonn Stott from Quiltscapes, are:
- Table Topper – 22″ x 22″
- Lap Quilt – 62″ x 62″
- Bed Size Quilt – 92″ x 92″
