A pretty pieced border is the perfect finish for this beautiful quilt. Depending on the fabrics you choose it can look modern or take on a vintage vibe.
Select 10″ layer cake squares and a background to set them off. The quilt is striking in any color combination, whether you choose a two-color theme or a more colorful combination.

In fact, this is a great project for leftovers in your stash as the quilt is wonderful when given a scrappy look. You may find yourself making more than one just so you can play with color combinations.
