Add a bit of Irish magic to your table with this charming little mug rug. It’s perfectly sized for a mug and a cookie during snack time every year at the first hint of spring.
The fun design is perfect for St.Patrick’s Day festivities. It will add a touch of color to the party table or give it as a handmade gift to a friend, relative, or hostess.
Constructed in two parts, the 6″ shamrock block is made with fusible applique while the Log Cabin sidebar is made with simple piecing. Each part can be used in other projects as well, and the sidebar can be paired with any 6″ block for endless design options.
The completed mug rug, designed by The Patchsmith, is about 10 ½” x 6 ½”.
