Make Sunflowers or Change the Colors for a Flower Garden!

Bring the sunshine inside with this bold and beautiful sunflower block. It’s a great project for scraps and the completed block can be used in many types of projects.

Combine several blocks for a quilt, three or more in a row for a runner, or finish off one block for a pillow cover or a small quilt for a table or wall.

The block is simple to make and a sneaky trick adds dimension to the petals. Plus, it can be made to look like other flowers by changing the colors. Combine blocks of various colors for a lovely flower garden quilt.
