These Mug Rugs Are Easy Enough for Confident Beginners!
These charming mug rugs are delightful fall accents for your home. Spread them around in places where you usually sit for a sip and enjoy how they bring autumn into the room. They’re also perfect for Halloween festivities and the Thanksgiving table.
Choose between two pumpkin designs. Both feature a patchwork sawtooth star that provides a touch of whimsy.
The stars are constructed using basic foundation paper piecing that is suitable for beginners. Both experienced quilters and confident beginners will have fun with this project.
Designed by Lisa Cox from A Spoonful of Sugar, the completed pumpkins are the following sizes:
- Pumpkin 1 – 6″ x 5 ¼” (excluding stem)
- Pumpkin 2 – 6 ¼” x 5 ½” (excluding stem)
