Add a Few Treats for Cute Little Gifts!
This pretty little trinket basket is perfect for notions like binding clips that you want to keep near the machine. It’s also ideal for storing small pieces of jewelry or keeping all those odds and ends on your desk or dresser contained.
Plus it’s made from just two squares of fabric. And it’s so quick and easy that you’ll want to make more than one.
There’s a free tutorial from designer Kristina from Center Street Quilts for the version shown above as well as a quick video demo. There’s also a printable pattern available for three sizes of the basket.
The free tutorial is for the tall version which measures:
- 2 1/2″ w x 2 1/2″ d x 3″ h (tall)
The other two sizes are:
- 4 1/2″ w x 4 1/2″ d x 2″ h (short)
- 3 1/2″ w x 3 1/2″ d x 2 1/2″ h (medium)
You’ll find the quick video demo here.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
