Stars in two sizes shine in this delightful quilt. The elegant design is stunning in yellow and gray. However, the quilt will be beautiful in any color theme.
Stitch and flip construction means you’ll never cut off star points. Plus, the large 20″ blocks go together without long sashing strips. Confident beginners who want to stretch their skills can complete this charming quilt.
The number of blocks increases for larger quilts. The baby quilt, shown below, is made from one block and will be beautiful on a table.
Instructions are provided by the designer, Joanne Kerton from Canuck Quilter Designs, for four quilt sizes:
- Baby/Wall (1 block) – 37″ x 37″
- Throw (5 blocks) – 67″ x 67″
- Twin (8 blocks) – 67″ x 96″
- Queen (13 blocks) – 96″ x 96″
