The Placemats Are Perfect for Summer and Fall!
Sweet, luscious pears adorn these charming placemats, making them perfect for anyone who loves fruit. Pretty stars add a bit of zing to the fun design.
Blues and greens against white are a lovely color combination. You can also get creative and make them any color you want—pears don’t have to be green!
Standard piecing is used to create the placemats. The 12″ square pear block can also be used in other projects.
The pattern from American Patchwork & Quilting was inspired by Pear Toss from designer Richy Lainson Jr. The placemats measure 12 1/2″ x 19 1/2″.
