Witch Hats Add Festive Whimsy to the Table!
Add a fun and festive touch to your Halloween table with a set of witchy napkin rings. They’re fun to make and even more fun when used to decorate your table every year.
Choose a black print from your stash, as well as an accent fabric for the hat band and the band that wraps around the napkins (secured with Velcro). Make them all the same or each one different.
These are easy to make and go together quickly. The pattern lists fabric requirements and cutting instructions for four napkin rings. You can easily make more for a larger set.
Designer Jasmine from Linen Bouquet provides the instructions for the 4.25″ x 3.75″ napkin rings.
