Deep navy and cheddar orange create a beautiful runner for your fall decor. Flying Geese units create the interesting design.
Other color themes will be beautiful, too, whether for specific seasons or for everyday use. Substitute black for the navy to give the quilt a Halloween vibe.
Choose a variety of prints to add interest to the design. Notice how the cream background pieces feature a variety of low-volume fabrics.
The pattern from the Editors of American Patchwork & Quilting was inspired by Bits of Joy from designer Richy Lainson Jr. The runner measures 12 1⁄2″ × 36 1⁄2″.
