They’re Great Gifts, Too!
Celebrate your love of sewing with this mini quilt block set. Choose between the scissors, the spool of thread, or the sewing machine. Or make all three for a charming set.
The blocks make lovely ornaments, both for Christmas and for enjoying all year long. They’re also great gifts for sewing friends.
In addition to ornaments, they can be used in quilt projects of any kind. Or finish the blocks into little bowl filler mini pillows.
Foundation paper piecing is used to construct the blocks. You’ll find excellent FPP instructions here.
The mini blocks designed by Ingrid Alteneder from Joe June and Mae finish at 4″ x 4″. You can easily adjust the size up or down when printing the templates.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
