It’s Great for Lunches and Much More!

This charming bag was designed for lunch-to-go, but can be used for so much more. For example, it will be a handy project bag and can even be used as a handbag.

Simple patchwork is highlighted with big-stitch hand quilting done with thick, colored thread. Notice the unusual three-button and loop closure. These special touches make the bag extra charming.

Lunch-to-Go Bag Pattern

The linen body is a beautiful counterpoint to the pieced squares. Choose coordinating prints or leftovers from your scrap bin in any color theme.

Once completed, the bag designed by Marie Duncan for Coats & Clark is 9” x 8” x 4”.

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
