Bring a flower garden inside with this beautiful runner. It will be a lovely accent in any room of your home.
Display it on a table, dresser, buffet, or even a coffee table, letting the ends hang over the sides. The runner is also lovely in any color theme. Make it up in spring tulip colors or use deeper hues suggesting rose buds, and enjoy the runner well into summer.
It’s an easy project to complete, even for confident beginners. Standard piecing is used for construction.
Designer Kay Bergquist from Vermont Quilt Design provides instructions for a runner that measures 20″ x 50″. This is an updated version of her popular “Orange City Tulips” pattern that originally appeared in the Fall 2014 issue of Easy Quilts.
