Showcase Beautiful Prints in This Charming Quilt

Play with Color to Make It Yours!
Cute star blocks shine in this beautiful quilt. It’s a fun project for showcasing colorful prints, or go with a more limited color palette.
Start with fat quarters or fat eighths in your chosen color range. Add a neutral background that allows the colors to shine.
Notice in the examples that there are two options for block layouts. One is to place all the blocks in rows, as shown above. The blue quilt, below, shows the blocks offset for a slightly different overall design.
Accurate cutting and piecing are essential to getting the points to line up properly. Take your time and enjoy the beautiful results.
Designer Amanda from QuiltCakes provides instructions for the following quilt sizes:
- Crib – 40″ x 40″
- Small Throw – 50″ x 60″
- Large Throw – 60″ x 70″
- Twin – 80″ x 90″
