Reproduction Fabrics Are Lovely in This Quilt

Finish This Scrappy Quilt with Borders in Your Favorite Colors!
This beautiful quilt has a charming old-fashioned appeal while being right at home with today’s families. Made from scraps, the red and gold print borders pull everything together into a lovely finished quilt.
The designer, Lynn Roddy Brown, used many Civil War reproduction prints in her version. You can use whatever fabrics appeal to you the most and give it your own special touch. Finish it off with border prints that fit with your color scheme.
This is a simple quilt to stitch together, although the small 6″ blocks will make it take longer than one with larger blocks. Just take your time and enjoy the process. In the end you’ll have a beautiful quilt to treasure for years.
The finished quilt is 64″ x 72 1/2″.
