An Easy Baby Quilt to Make Up Quickly
Finish This Sweet Quilt in a Weekend!
Pre-cut jelly row strips of 2 1/2″ in width are used for making this darling quilt. Choose a jelly roll from your favorite fabric line to get started. Once the top is pieced, use leftover strips for the binding.
You can also use up strips leftover from other projects, giving the quilt more of a scrappy look. Or, cut strips around any color theme from fabrics in your stash.
This quilt is super easy to make, too and will finish up quickly. It’s so simple, in fact, that it may become your go-to baby quilt pattern.
Every baby quilt you make from this pattern can have its own unique look, customized for each new mom.
The completed quilt, by designer Debra Finan, is 38″ x 46″. We can easily imagine this made up in stronger colors, deleting a few rows to make a square quilt and using it as a table topper.
