This fun quilt will be beautiful in any color combination and for any season. Choose a nice selection of fat quarters, then add a fabric for the sashing, another for the cornerstones, and a lively print for the border.
Squares and half-square triangles make the blocks a breeze to stitch together (make 8 half-square triangles at a time with this tutorial). Both confident beginners and experienced quilters will have fun with this quilt.
The pattern, by Sandra Clemons, produces a finished quilt that is 67″ x 81″. Four of the 12″ blocks will make a charming table topper or wall quilt. Nine will make a fun baby quilt.
