A Colorful Quilt You’re Sure to Treasure
Play with Block and Background Colors for Your Own Special Version!
Each simple nine-patch block in this quilt is made of a different color. The white centers give the blocks a while new look and help to unify the quilt.
A bit of easy applique in the border adds a lovely finishing touch. The resulting quilt is fun, colorful and sure to impress.
While this was designed as a baby quilt, we’d use it as a lap quilt, throw, or as even a table topper. It’s sure to brighten any room.
This is a great project for using up some of those goodies in your stash. Coordinate colors so each block reads as being all one color.
Make every block different, or select a coordinated palette and make several blocks of each color. Either way, play with block placement to create a pleasing design from your selected colors.
“Color Therapy Throw”, by designer Chris Malone, is 57 1/2″ x 57 1/2″ once completed.
The pattern is included in Baby Bright Quilts.
