You’ll want to cover your sewing machine when not in use, even if you sew every day. Over time dust can cause havoc with the functioning of your machine.

This cute cover will prevent dust from collecting and add a cheerful bit of decor to your sewing room as well.

Dig into your fabric scraps and have fun putting together this colorful cover. Give it lots of color or go more subdued. Whatever will look great in your sewing room is perfect!

The pattern is for a cover that is 20″ X 13″ X 9″. However, you can easily adjust the size by following the instructions provided by the designer.

Jennifer at Ginger Peach Studio wanted her cover to be a bit more stiff. She also added a handle to the top. You’ll find her comments here about altering the instructions for a more rigid cover.
