An Easy Topper for Valentine’s Day
It Will be Fun in Green for St. Patrick’s Day, Too!
This pretty little quilt will be beautiful on your table for Valentine’s Day and other romantic occasions. Make it up quickly with scraps from your stash or from a package of charm squares.
Pink and red against a cream background is a lovely combination. All red, all pink or even a combination of red, pink and another color, such as lavender, will be pretty too. Be inspired by fabrics you already have on hand.
Greens against a light background will form a four-leaf clover and be a fun St. Patrick’s Day quilt. We played in Photoshop to show you what that might look like.
Nine-patches, strips and a few half-square triangles form the hearts. A pieced border adds an extra touch of charm. This topper is an easy one to make, and quickly too.
