Brighten a Room with This Colorful Quilt
A More Coordinated Color Theme Will be Beautiful Too!
Brightly colored batiks create an interesting and pleasing design in this colorful quilt. All of that color against pale yellow is sure to brighten whatever room you display the quilt in.
While the quilt shown here seems to use the entire crayon box, it will be just as stunning in a more controlled color theme. Play up the modified Irish Chain design with a lot of contrast between the colorful squares and the background.
This is a great project for scraps, provided you have enough colors on hand (18 were used in the quilt!). Or have fun picking out a nice combination of third-yard cuts at the store.
