Create a red, white and blue banner to proudly hang for patriotic holidays and all summer long. It will be lovely on any wall, near the front door and even on the porch.
The pieced stars have a pinwheel shape, adding movement to the banner. Half-square triangles create the design, with simple stripes for the rest.
